Development of a strategic noise map for road sections of Poznań County along with noise measurements 1. The subject matter of this contract is the development of a strategic noise map for road sections of Poznań County along with noise measurements.2. The Contractor is obliged to perform the services without hindering road traffic and in such a way as not to cause damage to road users. Any costs arising from remedying damage caused to road users shall be borne by the Contractor.3. The Contracting Authority does not divide the contract into parts. Accordingly, the Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders referred to in Article 7 point 15 of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp).4. Reasons for not dividing the contract into parts: the subject matter of the contract constitutes an inseparable whole, which means it cannot be divided into separate, independent parts. Only comprehensive performance of the contract guarantees its proper implementation.5. The scope of services covered by the contract has been specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
