TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the development of a variant concept for the renovation, reconstruction of retaining structures, and technical documentation for the renovation/reconstruction of retaining structures located along Polna and Zahańcze streets in Suwałki. 2. A detailed description of the contract subject is contained in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference (SWZ). 3. The Contractor is obliged to ensure the execution of the contract subject by persons holding appropriate professional qualifications adequate to the functions entrusted to them. 4. Due to the fact that the documentation developed by the Contractor will constitute the description of the contract subject attached to the Terms of Reference for the implementation of construction works under the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law, the Contractor undertakes to prepare the documentation in such a way as to meet all the requirements of the Public Procurement Law. 5. The project documentation regarding the description of proposed materials and devices should be prepared in accordance with Article 99 of the Public Procurement Law.
