TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the tender procedure is to conclude a contract for work that will set out the conditions and requirements for the subject matter of performance, the purpose of which is to repair the HVAC (air-handling) units No. 55 and 56 for the ventilation of barrier animal breeding facilities in the Fb pavilion (the contracting authority’s animal enclosure). The existing units will be disassembled into components and the individual chambers will be reassembled in a new order. Before the individual chambers of the unit are reinstalled, thorough cleaning of both the internal and external surfaces of the chambers will be carried out. During the renewed installation of the HVAC units, it will be necessary to connect them to the existing HVAC ductwork. As part of these works, it will be necessary to have new HVAC duct fittings manufactured, and possibly to modify the existing ones. Before the actual implementation, the selected contractor will have to determine its own work procedure and comply with the specified work schedule, which forms Annex No. 3 of the tender documentation (ZD).
