TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works to carry out the repair of highway bridge ref. no. D1-052 over the Ronava stream and unpaved road, which is managed by the Highway Maintenance and Management Center ("SSÚD") Trnava. The detailed definition of the subject of the contract is included in the project documentation combined with the description of the subject of the contract. The execution of construction works includes the repair of highway bridge ref. no. D1-052 Ronava, whereby construction works will be carried out in scope and according to the project documentation, tender documents, and in the quality required pursuant to the technical and qualitative conditions (hereinafter "TKP"), which form Annex no. 2 part B.1 of the tender documents, standards and regulations valid at the time of submitting the offer.
