TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is preventive maintenance and performance of unplanned repairs, ensuring special activities related to compliance with legislation and the technical requirements of equipment and control and management systems (SKR), which consist of: - preventive maintenance, - inspection of selected SKR equipment at JAVYS, a. s., in accordance with Decree of the Nuclear Regulatory Authority of the Slovak Republic No 103/2016 Coll., amending and supplementing Decree of the Nuclear Regulatory Authority of the Slovak Republic No 430/2011 Coll. on requirements for nuclear safety, - unplanned (corrective) maintenance, - provision of spare parts. Further description and requirements for performance of the subject matter of the contract are specified by the annexes to the tender documents, namely: a) Annex No 1 “Services Specification” to the contract, which forms Annex No 2 to the tender documents, b) Annex No 1a “Statement for pricing the subject matter of the contract” of the Tender form, which forms Annex No 1 to the tender documents.
