TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the supply and installation of goods for equipping the building, for equipping the deposit/store, archive, office premises and library premises, i.e. for equipping the museum’s non-exhibition spaces. The aim is to procure equipment that will be functional, adapted to the ergonomics and safety of the premises, while complying with high museum standards. The subject goods include modular shelving specifically intended for equipping libraries and document storage. The key elements of the goods are archival shelving and display cases for the protection of sensitive items (preventive protection) and for storing materials. All in accordance with the cost estimate (tender schedule) and the technical specifications provided as an attachment to this documentation. The offered goods must be new and unused. The minimum warranty period for all goods listed in the cost estimate is 12 months.
