TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of a subscription to the Software together with the grant or provision by the Contractor of an appropriate licence enabling the Contracting Authority to use the Software on the terms resulting from the Licence Terms: - under the basic contract, the Software specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (SOPZ) point 1 subpoint 1) – in the quantity indicated there, - under the option right, the Software specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (SOPZ) point 1 subpoint 2) – in the quantity indicated there, along with the grant or provision by the Contractor of a licence enabling use of the above-mentioned Software on the terms resulting from the Licence Terms for a period of 12 months (annual subscription) from the date of Software activation confirmed by a Quality Acceptance Protocol. 2.
