TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery to the Contracting Authority by the Contractor of a Software subscription, together with granting or ensuring that the Contractor grants to the Contracting Authority an appropriate licence enabling the use of the Software in accordance with the terms of the Licence Terms: - as part of the basic contract, the Software specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ (SOPZ) point 1 sub-point 1) – in the quantity indicated there, - as part of the option right, the Software specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ (SOPZ) point 1 sub-point 2) – in the quantity indicated there, together with granting or ensuring by the Contractor of a licence enabling the use of the above-mentioned Software in accordance with the Licence Terms for a period of 12 months (annual subscription) from the date of activation of the Software confirmed by a Quality Acceptance Protocol. 2.
