TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the supply of electricity to the Contracting Authority in accordance with the terms and requirements of the Procurement Documentation. The supply of electricity shall be carried out in accordance with regulations of the Republic of Croatia (RH) governing the electricity market. The delivered electricity must contain at least 50% electricity from renewable sources (https://www.zelenanabava.hr/). The percentage of electricity from renewable sources offered by the Bidder shall be stated as a numerical value of the selection criterion for determining the most economically advantageous bid, since Electricity from renewable sources is one of the criteria used to calculate the most economically advantageous bid and will be scored in accordance with the Procurement Documentation. The billing period for the electricity supply is 30 +/- 3 days. The technical specifications and indicative quantities of the subject of procurement are provided in the Cost Estimate (Bill of Quantities).
