TENDER DESCRIPTION

Open procedure of public procurement of small value for concluding a framework agreement for a period of 2 (two) years with a single economic operator who undertakes to conclude contracts for public procurement of goods. The list of users is provided in the Bill of Quantities, which is an integral part of this Procurement Documentation. Quantities are stated in the attached Bill of Quantities, which is an integral part of the procurement documentation. In the present public procurement procedure, the Contracting Authority has determined the projected (indicative) quantity of the subject of procurement. The actually procured quantity of the subject of procurement may be higher or lower than the projected quantity, but total payments without value added tax must not exceed the estimated value of the procurement. Invoices will be issued based on actual electricity consumption. The Bidder must offer the entire subject of procurement according to the technical description and the quantities stated in the Bill of Quantities and technical specifications.
