TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract is the construction of the "Optimization and Electrification of the České Velenice (outside) – Veselí nad Lužnicí (outside) Railway Line – Infrastructure". The investment project "Optimization and Electrification of the České Velenice (outside) – Veselí nad Lužnicí (outside) Railway Line" aims at a complete reconstruction and electrification of the České Velenice – Veselí nad Lužnicí track section, which will bring an increase in track speed and improved safety of railway and road traffic, as well as minimizing the costs of operating the Railway Infrastructure Manager (ŽDC). Another objective of the construction is the optimization of the infrastructure scope. It involves the reconstruction of the superstructure (rails, switches) and railway substructure, culverts, and bridges. New platforms 550 mm above the top of rail (TK) will be built, as well as overhead contact line (AC 25kV 50 Hz) system, low and high voltage power supply, new communication systems (cabling, public address, train radio, etc.) and signalling equipment.
