TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract is the construction of the "Optimization and Electrification of the Railway Line České Velenice (excluding) – Veselí nad Lužnicí (excluding) – Infrastructure". The investment project "Optimization and Electrification of the Railway Line České Velenice (excluding) – Veselí nad Lužnicí (excluding)" aims at the complete reconstruction and electrification of the railway section České Velenice – Veselí nad Lužnicí, which will bring an increase in line speed and an increase in the safety of rail and road transport, as well as a reduction of costs for operating the Railway Infrastructure Administration (ŽDC). Another goal of the construction is the optimization of the infrastructure scope. This involves the reconstruction of the superstructure (tracks, turnouts) and railway substructure, culverts, and bridges. New platforms 550 mm above the top of the rail will be built, as well as overhead traction (AC 25 kV 50 Hz system), low and high voltage power supply, new communication systems (cabling, public address system, train radio, etc.) and signaling equipment.
