TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract is the construction of the "Optimization and electrification of the České Velenice (outside) – Veselí nad Lužnicí (outside) line – Signalling equipment". The investment project "Optimization and electrification of the České Velenice (outside) – Veselí nad Lužnicí (outside) line" (hereinafter referred to as the "Investment project") aims at the complete reconstruction and electrification of the České Velenice – Veselí nad Lužnicí railway section, which will bring an increase in line speed and an increase in the safety of rail and road transport, as well as a reduction of costs for the operation of the Railway Infrastructure Administration (ŽDC). Another goal of the construction is the optimization of the extent of the infrastructure. It involves the reconstruction of the superstructure (tracks, turnouts) and the railway substructure, culverts, and bridges. New platforms at 550 mm above the top of the rail (TK) will be built, as well as overhead contact line (AC 25kV 50 Hz system), low and high voltage supply, new communication systems (cabling, public address, DŘT, etc.), and signalling equipment.
