TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract is the performance of a construction project titled “Optimisation and electrification of the České Velenice railway line (beyond) – Veselí nad Lužnicí (beyond) – Train protection equipment”. The investment project “Optimisation and electrification of the České Velenice railway line (beyond) – Veselí nad Lužnicí (beyond)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Investment Project”) aims at the overall reconstruction and electrification of the railway section České Velenice – Veselí nad Lužnicí, which will bring an increase in line speed and an increase in the safety of rail and road transport, and further minimise the operating costs of ŽDC. Another objective of the construction is to optimise the scope of the infrastructure. This involves the reconstruction of the track superstructure (rails, points) and the railway substructure, culverts and bridges. New platforms 550 mm above the track bed (TK) will be built, further traction voltage sections (TV) (AC system 25 kV 50 Hz), NN and VN power supply, new communications (cabling, public address, DŘT, ...) and train protection equipment.
