TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Rüsselsheim am Main intends to extend Eichgrund Primary School by adding an extension new-build. First, the demolition of an existing pavilion is planned. The building to be demolished is a pavilion building of Eichgrund Primary School in Rüsselsheim. The building is located in Eichengrund at the end of a cul-de-sac and to the north-east of the school’s main building. Surrounding it is residential development and, to the east, Ostpark. On the south side, a footpath connects to the associated parking lot. Eichgrund Primary School is a primary school with all-day care. It is planned to completely demolish and dispose of a pavilion building for a school, including above-ground and underground technical infrastructure, an athletics track (Tartan track) as well as a ball-playing ground and surface sealing works, in order to ensure a cleared construction site for later use. Hazardous-material contamination has been detected in the building.
