TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Rüsselsheim am Main intends to expand Eichgrund Primary School by adding an extension new build. First, the demolition of an existing pavilion is planned. The building to be demolished is a pavilion building of Eichgrund Primary School Rüsselsheim. The building is located in Eichengrund at the end of a cul-de-sac and to the north-east of the school’s main building. Residential development surrounds the site, and the Ostpark is to the east. On the south side, a footpath borders the associated parking lot. Eichgrund Primary School is a primary school with full-day care. It is planned to completely demolish and dispose of an on-site school pavilion building including above-ground and underground technical infrastructure, an athletics track (Tartan track), a ball-pitch/play field (Bolzplatz) and surface sealing/membrane areas, in order to ensure a clear construction site area for subsequent use.
