TENDER DESCRIPTION

The OPC assignment covers work consisting of: In the firm tranche: - Energy renovation of building 13 (annex school/boarding facilities on R+4), - Restructuring of building 13 to ensure consistency of the premises with the Region’s reference framework. The interventions include, among other things: - Replacement of all external joinery, - Implementation of a dual-flow ventilation system, - External Thermal Insulation (ITE) for the building, - Functional restructuring of part of the ground floor (RDC) and of R+1. This is a building on R+4 which develops approximately 5,300 m². In the optional tranche: - Construction of the geothermal borehole field. The operation includes: - Creation of a geothermal borehole field for heating supply to buildings 13/14/16, - Installation of a heat pump/geo-thermal system (PAC/geothermal) in the boiler room, - Adaptation of BMS (GTB), - Control of the heating equipment for building 13. The construction of temporary premises and the related moves are part of the operation. This work is currently estimated at approximately EUR 5,300,000.00 excluding VAT and, for planning purposes, comprises 13 separate lots. The OPC assignment covers work…
