The contract is concluded for an initial duration of one year starting from its date of notification. It can be tacitly renewed three times for successive periods of one year, with the total duration not exceeding four years.

Key milestones and phases include:

• A review meeting for summer stays, held within a maximum of two months after the stays conclude.
• A programming meeting for the following summer's stays, where the contractor presents stay proposals (dates, prices, environment, activities, age), organized at most 8 months before the departure date of the stays.
• The City commits to a provisional program and number of places within one month after receiving the stay dates and sheets.
• Confirmation of the definitive number of stays and places occurs after the City's registration period, which is typically from the end of April to the beginning of May.
• For Lot 1 (school trips), a programming meeting where the contractor presents the site and reception details (dates, environment, activities) to families is held at most 3 months before the classes depart. The specific deadlines for these school trips are determined by the Academic Inspectorate.
• Before registrations, the contractor is responsible for validating the information concerning their stay(s) in the documents distributed to families.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the organization and implementation of holiday camps and discovery classes for children and adults from the city of Arcueil.

The services are divided into several lots:

• Lot n° 1: Discovery classes for kindergarten and elementary school children (6-11 years old), including types such as "Classe découverte à la mer," "Classe découverte à la montagne," and "Classe découverte à la compagne".
• Lot n° 2: Summer camps for kindergarten children (4-6 years old), featuring "Première colo à la ferme" and "Première colo à la campagne".
• Lot n° 3: Summer camps for elementary school children (6-11 years old), encompassing "Séjour multi activité culturelle et artistique," "Séjour à la campagne ou à la montagne," and "Séjour à la mer".
• Lot n° 4: Camps for adolescents (11-17 years old), including "Séjour à la mer".
• Lot n° 5: Camps for adults.
