TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the service is the organisation and implementation of the “Open Farm Day” in Saxony for the years 2027 to 2030. The aim of the project is to motivate the largest possible number of agricultural holdings of all ownership types and operating sizes to take part in the Open Farm Days. To this end, the holdings are to open their farm gates to visitors and provide insights into agricultural production processes as well as the diverse services of agriculture. In addition, together with a selected agricultural holding and other partners, a central opening event is to be planned, organised and carried out. Regular information about the events is to be provided on a website. For this purpose, a website operated by the contractor (AN) and coordinated in terms of content with the contracting authority (AG) is used.
