Organisation of 4 foreign study visits to Slovenia, as part of the Project “Transformation – Bridge to the new labour market”, implemented under the Programme Fundusze Europejskie dla Śląskiego 2021-2027 The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the comprehensive organisation of 4 foreign study visits to Slovenia, including in particular the preparation of the visit programme, accommodation, international and local transport, catering, insurance of participants, and providing services of a translator and a coordinator of study visits. The study visits will include a maximum of 28 participants – employees of the Contracting Authority - divided into 4 groups. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the number of participants in each group and to reduce the total number of participants by a maximum of 5 persons. The duration of one study visit is 5 calendar days and includes 4 nights of accommodation. The study visit will be conducted on working days, i.e. from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in force in Poland and in Slovenia.
