TENDER DESCRIPTION

Contracting part no. 1 – “Organisation of an Eco-picnic in the Municipality of Nowy Targ”1.1. Under contract part no. 1, the Contractor shall be required to organise an Eco-picnic for the Municipality of Nowy Targ in the locality of Ludźmierz, Jana Pawła St b/n, on 27 September 2026, between 13:00 and 20:00.2. The detailed scope of the subject matter of contract part is specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ).3. The Contracting Authority requires that persons carrying out activities during the performance of the contract, in particular such as organisational and technical handling of the picnics, i.e. physical workers performing activities consisting in performing work in a manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended) – be employed by the Contractor under an employment relationship.
