TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is comprehensive preparation and organization of the gala of the 17th edition of the Business Award of the Małopolskie Voivodeship 2026. The gala will be organized within the territory of the Małopolskie Voivodeship at the venue indicated by the Contracting Authority. The gala is intended to be the ceremonial culmination of the 17th edition of the Business Award of the Małopolskie Voivodeship 2026. 2. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (SOPZ) constitutes Annex No. 1D to the ToR (swz) and will be introduced as an annex to the public procurement contract. 3. The conditions for performance of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the public procurement contract — the contract template — and constitute Annex No. 1C to the ToR (swz) (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 4. Under the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to transfer to the Contracting Authority the proprietary copyrights to materials created in the course of performing the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the contract template. 5.
