TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive operator services consisting in the organization, operation, maintenance and settlement of the Paid Parking Zone and the Municipal Paid Parking Lots within the city of Konin, including in particular: delivery, installation and commissioning of parking meters, preparation of the SPP signage, maintenance of IT systems for managing parking meters and for the monitoring and enforcement of fees, carrying out inspections of fee payments, collection and settlement of revenues, handling of additional fees and servicing of devices throughout the term of the contract.
