TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the basic contract is the organization of 6 regional conferences from the Innowacyjna Małopolska series, including: a) Providing facilities / venues for organizing the conferences; b) Preparing and conducting the conferences, including, among other things: ensuring substantive persons, organizing the space, registering participants. c) Promotional and information activities for the conferences; d) Preparation and operation of a coffee area and lunch at the conference. 2. A contract under the option right includes the organization of at most 4 additional regional conferences. 3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to exercise the option right in whole or in part, consisting in commissioning the organization of additional conferences. 4. The performance of conferences covered by the option right will take place on the terms set out for the basic contract. The scope of services, quality requirements, performance conditions, and the Contractor’s obligations specified in this SOPZ remain the same for conferences performed under the basic contract and for conferences covered by the option right. 5.
