TENDER DESCRIPTION

Organization of a seasonal ice rink along with its operation 1) Leveling the ground (optional, if such a need is identified) for installing the ice rink. 2) Renting, delivering and installing an event marquee tent for covering the ice rink with dimensions of 20 m x 30 m (with side walls, gable roof). The tent is to be fitted and installed using the existing tent fastening system (the tent anchoring points shall be sealed in the pitch surface). 3) Renting, installing and dismantling, as well as operating the complete ice rink with dimensions of 20 m x 30 m together with lighting and public address. 4) Placing, on the area of the ice rink, banners with a promotional sign of the Rembertów District of the Capital City of Warsaw provided by the Contracting Authority, including embedding the promotional sign of the Rembertów District of the Capital City of Warsaw into the ice rink surface after coordination with the Contracting Authority. The Contractor is also required to place, in all materials (printed, posted on the Internet and provided orally), information that the project is funded by the Office of the Rembertów District of the Capital City of Warsaw.
