TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the organization of travel and logistical support for the stay of a delegation from Małopolska in Lyon, France, in the role of exhibitor at the Educational Trade Fair titled “Mundial Zawodów” in Lyon. Mundial Zawodów will take place on 10-13 December 2026 in the Eurexpo hall in Lyon. Under the contract, the Contractor shall provide: a) Transport of participants from Małopolska (from Kraków and Nowy Sącz) to Lyon and back, transport within Lyon, and transport of equipment and promotional materials from Małopolska (from Kraków and Nowy Sącz) to Lyon and back — including insurance of the equipment and insurance of participants, b) Provision of meals for each delegation participant — dinner during the entire stay in Lyon (i.e. on 9-13 December), and on 14 December the Contractor shall provide lunchboxes for all participants for the journey, and if the travel time is extended, also warm meals. c) A French language interpreter, d) Logistical support for the Małopolska stand at the Trade Fair, including preparation of the stand visualisation project, setting up and equipping the stand with furniture/dividing partitions and media (electricity,…
