TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part No. 1 – Lower Silesian Branch 1. The scope of the contract includes: 1.1. Task No. 1 – Comprehensive organization of a conference (hereinafter referred to as the “Conference”); the Contractor shall provide a room/hall, technical equipment, organizational support, catering and catering service, in accordance with point 1.1 of the Description of the Subject of the Contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ; 1.2. Task No. 2 – Organization of meetings, seminars or workshops in accordance with point 1.2 of the Description of the Subject of the Contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ in the following two variants: 1.2.1. variant A – meeting with a room/hall: the Contractor shall provide a room/hall, technical equipment, organizational support, catering and catering service; 1.2.2. variant B – meeting without a room/hall: the Contracting Authority shall provide a room/hall, and the Contractor shall provide catering, catering service, tableware, setting-up, ongoing replenishment and tidying up/clearing catering after the meeting ends.
