„Organization of a promotional and information meeting summarising the implementation of the project entitled „Cybersecurity in PIP”. “ 1. The subject of the contract is comprehensive organisation of a conference of the State Labour Inspectorate, including preparation and performance of an event for 55 participants, in particular:1) providing equipment for the discussion panel;2) providing exhibition materials;3) providing catering service;4) transport, carrying in, installation, arranging and dismantling elements covered by the contract;5) providing organisational support necessary for the proper conduct of the conference.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been specified in „Description of the subject of the contract (Appendix No 1 to the Agreement)”, constituting Appendix No 2 to the SWZ, on the terms set out in the „Contract Template” constituting Appendix No 5 to the SWZ.
