TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the service of conducting training courses for employees of education units and public administration entities improving intercultural competences. The training courses will be held in connection with the implementation of the project “Pomorskie Welcome Center”, co-financed from the funds of the European Union, implemented under the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund 2021-2027, Specific objective 2 — Legal migration and integration. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in Annex No 1 to the SWZ and in the contract template, which constitutes Annex No 2 to the SWZ. 3. The law applicable to this contract (including the contract concluded as a result of this procedure and for assessing the legal effects of all documents within this contract) is Polish law, taking into account European Union law. 4.
