Organization of industry trade fairs in the field of defence under the name "DUAL-USE&DEFENCE Bydgoszcz 2026" - Rental of exhibition stands The subject of the contract is the organization of industry trade fairs with a conference component (hereinafter: the Event) within the scope of renting exhibition stands in a modular construction along with equipment - rental of a minimum of 15 exhibition stands in modular construction with an area of 16 m2 with an option to increase the contract to 30 stands along with equipment and the service of assembling the stands with connection to the electrical installation and dismantling the stands. In the trade fair (exhibition) part of the Event, at least 15 exhibitors will participate, who will represent different types of activity (services, products). Recruitment of Exhibitors lies with the Contracting Authority. The Event takes place in a building belonging to the Contracting Authority. A detailed description of tasks incumbent on the Contractor has been specified in the SOPZ constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
