TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part 1 of the contract: The subject matter of the contract is the organization of educational trips and workshops for participants of the project entitled “Better Education in the Municipality of Jastków”. Two-day educational film workshops (media-related) as part of media classes, the material scope of which includes organizing three two-day trips/travel arrangements for 40 participants (students) and 5 teachers (supervisors) on each trip/travel arrangement, in particular: − preparing a detailed trip schedule in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the contract and agreed with the Contracting Authority; − providing admission tickets in the quantity and type allowing implementation of the trip programme; − covering the costs of conducting film workshops; − providing accommodation for the trip participants; − providing a person supervising the organization of the trip and the implementation of the substantive programme — guide/pilot; − providing meals for the trip participants (breakfast, lunch, dinner); − providing transport for the trip participants (coach or minibus); − insuring participants, named against Accidents (Nieszczęśliwych Wypadków).
