TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive organization of a trip for representatives of Małopolska entrepreneurs to the China International Import Expo (CIIE) 2026 in Shanghai (China), which takes place from November 5-10, 2026 as part of the project "Direction: Export and Investment - Małopolska". The contract includes the execution of the entire service, including preparation, supervision and coordination of the trip, organization of air transport, organization of transport of persons at the fair location, catering for participants, organization of accommodation for all fair participants including breakfast, insurance, translation services in accordance with the Terms of Reference – Annex No. 1 to the ToR.
