TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive organization of a trip for representatives of Małopolska entrepreneurs to the China International Import Expo (CIIE) 2026 in Shanghai (China), which will take place from November 5 to 10, 2026, as part of the project "Direction: Export and Investment - Małopolska." The contract includes performing the entire service, including preparation, supervision and coordination of the trip, organization of air transport, organization of transport of persons at the fair venue, catering for participants, organization of accommodation for all fair participants including breakfast, insurance, and translation services in accordance with the Terms of Reference - Annex No. 1 to the ToR.
