TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for organizing a three-day study trip for producers of regional and traditional products from the Małopolskie Voivodeship to the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. As part of the order, the Contractor will be obliged to provide during the study trip transportation by a luxury-class coach with air conditioning and toilet for all participants along with luggage up to 20 kg per person, coach available on site, provision of meals for all participants – lunches and dinners, provision of a tour guide's care throughout the study trip, provision of insurance for all participants (including medical and transport costs, consequences of accidents), preparation of the study trip program including arranging meetings and covering the necessary costs of their implementation. According to the SOPZ provision, the subject of the contract does not include accommodation with breakfasts for all participants and admission tickets to the Glass Heritage Center in Krosno.
