TENDER DESCRIPTION

Orimattila City requests tenders for an early childhood education operations management system as a SaaS service. One supplier will be selected as the contracting party. An open procurement procedure is used to seek a fully responsible supplier to provide an overall solution in accordance with the requirements and schedule set out in the tender request and its attachments, so that the solution is in production use by 1.6.2027. The aim of the procurement is to obtain for Orimattila City a customer and operations management system that is cost-effective in terms of total value for money and that serves early childhood education services efficiently and in a versatile manner. The procured system must comply with the legislation and decree that guide early childhood education, as well as the instructions of the Finnish National Agency for Education (Opetushallitus), and it must enable the production of early childhood education services in accordance with the Finnish National Agency for Education’s and Orimattila City’s early childhood education plans.
