TENDER DESCRIPTION

Orimattila City requests tenders for an early childhood education management system as a SaaS service. One supplier will be selected as the contractual partner. By means of an open procurement procedure, the aim is to find a supplier responsible for the overall solution to deliver a complete solution in accordance with the requirements and schedule set out in the tender request and its appendices, so that the solution is in production use by 1 June 2027. The objective of the procurement is to obtain for Orimattila City a customer and operations management system that is cost-effective in total terms and that serves early childhood education services efficiently and in a versatile manner. The acquired system must comply with the legislation and regulations governing early childhood education and the National Agency for Education (Opetushallitus) requirements, and must enable the provision of early childhood education services in accordance with the National Agency for Education’s and Orimattila City’s early childhood education plans.
