TENDER DESCRIPTION

Upgrade of 145 public lighting luminaires. The luminaire shall have an installation and maintenance guide. The luminaire shall have an EU Declaration of Conformity issued by the manufacturer and signed in a corporate manner. The luminaire shall have an MVM policy-based letter of consent. Without the written consent of the network permit holder, the luminaire may not be installed. The nominal power supply voltage range shall include the 220-240V range, with a network frequency of 50Hz. The affected residents must be informed about the start of the work and the expected duration of the de-energisation(s), and the institutions must be notified. The work shall be carried out with the least possible environmental harm. During the construction of the network alongside roads, traffic and work must be ensured in the affected work area with speed restriction signs. During the construction works, there is an existing low-voltage network under and/or above the network affected. The low-voltage operators must be notified.
