Title of the engineering service: Local construction site supervision for the project “Operation of water management facilities in the North region 2027 – 2030” Contract award reference number: 2703300104 Performance period: 01.01.2027 – 31.12.2027 Option: The services for the period from 01.01.2028 to 31.12.2030 shall be agreed as an option. The potential award of the option shall be made no later than 01.12.2027. The award of the option shall be made by the contracting authority by means of a unilateral declaration to the contractor under the following conditions: Signing of the 7th Supplementary Administrative Agreement on the regulation of the financing of ecological legacy contaminated sites (VA Altlastenfinanzierung) in the version dated 10 January 1995 regarding the financing of lignite remediation in the years 2028 to 2032 The contractor shall have no entitlement to the award of the option even if the above conditions are met. If the contracting authority awards the option, the contractor shall be obliged to provide the optional services under the agreed terms and conditions.
