TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender are the object planning services: Lot 1 - object planning services for buildings in accordance with § 34 HOAI and outdoor facilities planning in accordance with § 39 HOAI, both in service phases 1 to 9. A phased award is planned. Initially, service phases 1-4, i.e. up to the approval planning, are to be commissioned and subsequently service phases 5-9. There is no entitlement to a further commission. Total costs for the measure are assumed to be 1,246,693.27 EUR net, and in the following individual cost groups (net): KG 200 - site preparation and development: 5,882.35 EUR; KG 300 - building - building structure: 788,235.29 EUR; KG 400 - building - technical systems: 363,865.55 EUR; KG 500 - external works and open spaces: 71,428.57 EUR; KG 600 - furnishing and works of art: 17,281.51 EUR. The following services are tendered in parallel: Lot 2 - specialist planning for Technical Building Services (HLS and electrical) in service phases 1-9 in accordance with § 55 HOAI, including planning of the large kitchen equipment (KG 470), and Lot 3 - structural engineering planning in service phases 1-6 in accordance with § 51 HOAI.
