The subject of this invitation to tender is the planning services for object planning: Lot 1 - object planning services for buildings pursuant to § 34 HOAI and outdoor facilities planning pursuant to § 39 HOAI, both in the service phases 1 to 9. A staged commissioning is planned. Initially, the service phases 1-4, i.e. up to and including approval planning, are to be commissioned and subsequently the service phases 5-9. There is no entitlement to further commissioning. The total costs of the measure are estimated at EUR 1,246,693.27 net, and in the following cost groups as follows (net): KG 200 - site preparation and development/access (Herrichten und Erschließen): EUR 5,882.35; KG 300 - building - building structure (Baukonstruktion): EUR 788,235.29; KG 400 - building - technical systems (Technische Anlagen): EUR 363,865.55; KG 500 - external facilities and open spaces (Außenanlagen und Freiflächen): EUR 71,428.57; KG 600 - equipment and works of art (Ausstattung und Kunstwerke): EUR 17,281.51.
