The subject of this invitation to tender is the specialist planning of building services engineering: Lot 2 - Specialist planning for building services engineering (HLS) and electrical engineering in the service phases 1 to 9 pursuant to § 55 HOAI, including the planning of the large kitchen technology (KG 470). Staged commissioning is planned. First, service phases 1-4, i.e. up to approval planning, are to be commissioned and subsequently service phases 5-9. There is no entitlement to further commissioning. Total costs are assumed to be 363,865.55 EUR net and are allocated to the following plant groups (net): KG 410 - Drainage, water and gas systems: 60,634.16 EUR; KG 420 - Heating supply systems: 53,676.14 EUR; KG 430 - Ventilation and air-conditioning systems: 21,868.06 EUR; KG 440 - Electrical systems: 78,277.71 EUR; KG 450 - Communication, safety and information technology systems: 18,389.05 EUR; KG 470 - Use-specific systems (kitchen): 126,050.42 EUR; KG 480 - Building and plant automation: 4,970.01 EUR.
