TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is: Lot 3 - Structural engineering planning in performance phases 1 to 6 pursuant to § 51 HOAI. A staged commissioning is intended. Initially, performance phases 1-4 are to be commissioned, i.e. up to the approval planning, and subsequently performance phases 5-6. There is no entitlement to further commissioning. The costs of cost groups 300 and 400 are assumed in total to be 1.152.100,84 EUR net as follows (net): KG 300 - Structure - Building construction: 788.235,29 EUR; KG 400 - Structure - Technical systems: 363.865,55 EUR. The following services are being tendered in parallel: Lot 1 - Object planning services for buildings pursuant to § 34 HOAI and outdoor facilities planning pursuant to § 39 HOAI, both in performance phases 1 to 9; Lot 2 - Specialist planning Technical Equipment (HLS and electrical) in performance phases 1 to 9 pursuant to § 55 HOAI, including planning of the large kitchen equipment (KG 470).
