TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is: Lot 3 - structural engineering planning in service phases 1 to 6 pursuant to § 51 HOAI. A staged appointment is intended. Initially, service phases 1-4, i.e. up to the approval planning, are to be awarded, and then service phases 5-6. There is no entitlement to further award. The costs for cost groups 300 and 400 are assumed in total as 1,152,100.84 EUR net as follows (net): Cost group 300 - Building - building structure: 788,235.29 EUR; Cost group 400 - Building - technical installations: 363,865.55 EUR. In parallel, the following services are being tendered: Lot 1 - object planning services for buildings pursuant to § 34 HOAI and outdoor facilities planning pursuant to § 39 HOAI, both in service phases 1 to 9; Lot 2 - specialist planning Technical Equipment HLS and electrical in service phases 1 to 9 pursuant to § 55 HOAI, including planning of the large-scale kitchen technology (cost group 470).
