TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of medical gases for the Nagyatád Hospital under a mixed rental and forward purchase contract, as follows: Part 1: liquid oxygen in 1 lot, 52,000 m3, with tank installation. The above quantities cover the Contracting Authority’s 12-month needs. The Contracting Authority is entitled, with regard to the quantities specified for the given part (by product), to unilaterally apply a quantity deviation of -30% during the term of the contract. If, as a result of the quantity deviation, a non-integer value arises in the value of the specified quantity, the Contracting Authority shall act according to the general rules for rounding. If the quantity deviation is applied, the successful tenderer is not entitled to any reimbursement claim on any legal basis. The quantity deviation does not apply to tank installation. The Seller is obliged to install and operate a telemetry monitoring system and, using it, to automatically carry out tank refilling if the tank level decreases to a critical value (30% of maximum capacity).
