TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Contracting Authority wishes to conclude a sales contract for 1 new X-ray equipment (hereinafter: the “equipment”) that meets the requirements set out in the technical description forming part of the procurement documents supplementing the call for tenders (“Technical Description – Professional Offer – Part 1”). The exact technical/professional minimum requirements for the equipment are set out in the document entitled “Technical Description – Professional Offer – Part 1”, which forms part of the procurement documents supplementing the call for tenders. In addition to the obligation to transfer ownership of the equipment, the successful tenderer’s obligations include, among others, delivery of the equipment, installation/commissioning of the equipment, and, furthermore, the successful tenderer is obliged to perform all additional tasks related to performance that are specified in the technical description relating to the given part. Only the offering of new equipment is permitted; the Contracting Authority does not accept the offering of used equipment or performance using used equipment.
