TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to conclude a sales contract for 1 pc new X-ray device (hereinafter: device) meeting the requirements defined in the technical description forming part of the procurement documents supplementing the notice ("Technical Description-Professional Proposal-Part 1"). The exact technical/professional minimum requirements for the device are included in the document entitled "Technical Description-Professional Proposal-Part 1" forming part of the procurement documents supplementing the notice. The winner bidder's obligations, beyond transferring ownership of the device, include, among others, delivery of the device, installation/commissioning, and fulfilling all additional tasks related to performance specified in the technical description of the respective part. Only new devices may be offered; the contracting authority does not accept offers of used devices or performance using used devices. The contracting authority considers as used devices those which have previously been exhibited and/or used as demonstration/sample/test devices.
