Oulun vesi waterworks (hereinafter also the “Contracting Authority”) requests applications for participation, in accordance with the procurement notice and its annexes, for the main contract for the expansion of a new surface water treatment plant to be built in Hintta, using a competitive negotiated procedure. The subject of the procurement is the main contract for the expansion of a new surface water treatment plant to be built in Hintta. The aim of the procurement is to ensure that Oulu City has sufficient treated water and that water supply and sanitation services are reliable, and to enable the basic improvement of the existing waterworks. The form of contract is a turnkey contract (total contract).
