TENDER DESCRIPTION
This request to participate concerns a procurement related to the modification of the heating system of Lohja Hospital and a KVR contractor who is responsible for the design and implementation of a new air-to-water heat pump system, i.e. the VILP system, for the current hospital site. The contractor will design the equipment based on the boundary conditions set by the client of the equipment, is responsible for procuring suitable equipment and for implementation in accordance with the scope of the contract. The procurement will also include, in more detail as applicable, the upgrading of existing equipment. The contract is also intended to include a service period that includes an energy savings performance guarantee and a maintenance agreement. The content and duration of the service period are defined more precisely during the procurement. The aim of the project is to reduce the total heating costs of Lohja Hospital and to reduce emissions caused by heating. The site of the project is the Heat Centre of Lohja Hospital and its immediate surroundings.
