TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Western Uusimaa Welfare Area (hereinafter also separately “the contracting authority” or “procurement unit”) requests that candidates submit a request to participate in the procurement procedure for the rental premises for the assisted living unit for elderly people in Kirkkonummi, procurement 1520/2026, in accordance with this request to participate and its annexes. Alternative or parallel requests to participate or tenders will not be accepted. The subject of the procurement is the assisted living unit for elderly people in Kirkkonummi, which includes both community-based living and 24/7 service housing. The facility is planned and implemented so that all apartments and premises enable the use of both forms of accommodation. The facility is planned for elderly people, a significant proportion of whom have memory-related illnesses. The spatial solutions must support safe mobility, orientation, and a communal daily life.
