TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Western Uusimaa Welfare Area (hereinafter also separately “the contracting authority” or “procurement unit”) requests that candidates submit a request to participate in the negotiated procedure for the procurement of a rented space for the assisted living unit for elderly people in Kirkkonummi, procurement 1520/2026, in accordance with this request to participate and its annexes. Alternative or parallel requests to participate or tenders will not be accepted. The subject of the procurement is the assisted living unit for elderly people in Kirkkonummi, which includes both communal living and 24/7 service housing. The site will be planned and implemented so that all apartments and premises enable the use of both forms of living.
